Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50) – Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Customs/duties fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Etnia Barcelona and Gucci eyewear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Contact lenses (all types)
  • Disposable lenses (opened packages)
  • Eye care liquids and sprays
  • Prescription lenses (custom-made items)
  • Items marked “final sale”

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item name and reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Return Processing

After we receive your return, our quality team will inspect items within 3-5 business days. We’ll email you once processing is complete.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties fees for international orders are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

Exchanges

Follow the same return process for exchanges. For higher-value replacement items, you’ll pay the difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
